Standard Rules and Regulations for SOF-
SOF CoC-
I. Harassment within SOF is NOT allowed, if you are accused of harassment, as an NCO, you will get an instant demotion, no questions asked, if you are a CO being accused or affiliated with harassment, you will be demoted to SGT.
Ex. Sexism, Racism, etc.
II. When in a matchmade game online, you are representing SOF. You carry our name with you, harassing others on Xbox Live or any other gaming platform online is not allowed. That will give SOF a bad rep as a bad community.
III. Respect the chain of COMMAND. Respect your higher ranks, if you don't respect your higher ranks, INSTANT demotion.
IV. No poaching. Poaching is the act of trying to steal members intentionally from another community. That will give us a bad rep. The reprimands for this offence is a INSTANT demotion.
V. If you are inactive for 30 days without a acceptable reason, removal from the community will commence, if you are a squad leader or division leader offline for more than 14 days without a acceptable excuse, you will be replaced.
Blacklist:
> The removal of a Member for Breaking the CoC in such a serious fashion Senior leadership Deem them unfit for the community.
Merge-/-Merging:
> The Act of combining 2 or more squads or divisions into one.
Transfer:
> The act of a member moving from one division/area to another with the consent of there leadership.
Clan-Ops:
> All Operations taking place in Squads or Divisions. Highest Ranking Member in Clan Ops is the Senior Director.
Web-Ops:
>All Operations Taking place on any web site.
Clan Hitting:
>The Act of destroying what another Squad, Division or Clan has Built.
Clan ops Uniforms:
> Gamer Tag Motto will be for your Squad, Division, rank
> Bio will be for your recruitment date, and who recruited you.
Blacklisting
> When a member or an outside gamer is Blacklisted they are to have no contact with any SOF members or be around any SOF programs or activities.
> Being Removed from a Division-/-Squad-/-All friends Must remove you and have ZERO contact.
> If a member within SOF is Blacklisted it is done by the Chairman, Senior Director, and or Chief of Discipline, with approval of a Co - CEO and or the CEO
> If a gamer out side of SOF is Blacklisted it is done by the Leader, and/or Chief Security Officer.
Security Risk
A member can be deemed a security risk for one or more of the following:
> Associating with blacklisted/labeled security risk xbox users.
> Creating situations that potentially cause discord between members in squad/division.
> Mentioning past affiliations with specified risk clans/individuals.
> Creating an undesirable and/or uncomfortable environment within the squad or division.
Finding Recruits
1. Go into an online match of your choice.
2. Make sure your in game chat to be able to communicate with other gamers.
3. Have fun and act human.
4. Try to represent SOF in a positive way.
5. If everything is going smoothly and they seem interested in SOF ask them if they would like to join.
6. If they accept start the recruitment process.
The Recruitment Process
1. Talk to the potential new recruit. Make sure he or she is mature and at the correct age for SOF.
2. Explain our structure, such as Divisions/ Squads/ Ranks/ Uniforms/ History.
3. Give instructions on how they acquire their SOF uniforms. This includes Motto/Bio.
4. Show them the squad tag they will be assigned to, and have them add it to their friends list.
5. Then have the new recruit sign up to the SOF Website.
6. Give them information of the Division/Squad, such as weekly meetings/events and what time they occur.
7. Explain how members can advance through the ranking structure, and what benefits they can have depending on what kind gamer they are. (Social/ Competitive/ Leader)
8. Keep asking if they have any questions after each step of the way to ensure they have a full and complete understanding of SOF and how it works.
9. Have the recruit send a freind request to the squad Lieutenant.
10. Now if there are no more questions, and the Recruitment Process went fine. Continue to keep in contact with the member and keep track of there progress and make
sure they are getting the best out there SOF experience, And just have fun!
Standard SOF Uniform
-Motto
>Ex. SOF FV Titans RCT
This means the individual holding this uniform is in the SOF clan, Is in the squad FV(Forsaken Vengeance) and is in the Titans division and this individuals rank is Recruit. How you assign a recruit a motto depends on many factors. When you recruit an individual, that individual sticks with you. So depending on the division and squad the recruiter is in, that's where the recruit is relocated.
Types of Meetings
> Squad Meeting - When a officer holds a meeting with the rest of the squad. (Must be held once a week)
> Generals Meeting - When a Division Director holds a meeting with the Generals of the division. (Must be held once a week)
> Division Leaders Meeting - When the Senior Director hosts a meeting with the Division Leaders of SOF. (Must be held once a week)
> Board Director Meetings - When the Chairman of the Board gathers the Board Directors for a meeting. (Must be held twice a week)

New Promotion's, Demotion's/reasoning, New Squads , BlackListing, Tournaments, Squad Numbers, Making Sure All Squads Are Recruiting 5

Holding Squad Tags
> This is a Position of Trust and Respect
> Access It At-least Every Other Day
> Send Message's Out About New Promotions/ New Members/ Meeting times/ Any Blacklist messages/ Any Mandatory Repeat messages.
> Motivational/positive Messages.
> 14 days. (Generals must have reasoning for any member offline for more than 14 to 30 days and still on a tag, regardless of reason any member offline more than 30 days
is removed)
Merging Squads/Divisions
> Message All Members In a Squad Tag About The Transfer.
> Add All Members To New Squad Tag/tags.
> Make Sure All Members Are Situated In the New Squad/division With Leaders.
> Only the Senior Director Can Merge and Close Divisions.
